I’m Leah Lucarelli—healthcare leader, clinician, and founder of Luca Leadership & Alignment

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, systems, and patient care—navigating complexity, driving outcomes, and supporting teams in high-pressure environments.

At the same time, I’ve worked closely with women through my clinical practice who are navigating their own transitions—physically, professionally, and personally.

Luca Leadership & Alignment was created to bring these worlds together.
